Each candle is hand-poured in small batches using luxurious coconut beeswax blended wax and phthalate-free high quality fragrance & essential oils.
Why coconut beeswax?
Burns Cleaner & Longer – Coconut wax is one of the cleanest-burning waxes, and when blended with beeswax, it extends the burn time even more.
Better Scent Throw – Coconut wax holds fragrance really well, giving off a stronger and more even scent throw than other natural waxes.
More Luxurious Feel – It’s softer, creamier, and has a more high-end feel, making it great for premium candles. Soy candles have a tendency to develop frosting (white spots) and bumpy texture.
Sustainable & Natural – Coconut wax is made from renewable sources, and beeswax is a natural by-product of beekeeping.
About Our Founder
Jess spent years working at top NYC advertising agencies, helping brands tell their stories. Along the way, she discovered a new passion—candlemaking. What started as a creative outlet quickly became an obsession, blending artistry, fragrance, and design. In 2024, she brought both worlds together to launch Montclair Candle Studio LLC, where she crafts custom candles that help brands make a lasting impression.
Inspired by Montclair, a vibrant suburb where city life meets nature and creativity thrives, each candle is a blend of all of the good stuff. Hand poured with all natural wax and unforgettable scents, all wrapped up in effortlessly chic packaging.
